Our Client has a vacancy for a Budget and Cost Officer.  This is a permanent position, based in Saudi Arabia.

As Budget and Cost Officer, you will estimate and forecast total cost on each category based on current anticipated progress and against approved budget.  You will also analyse the budget based on the current progress and forecasting the total cost for budget purpose.

Qualifications and experience required:
B.E or relevant degree.
Substantial experience in Construction, or Quantity Surveying.
Ability to do rate analysis and cost breakdown for various work activities.
Familiarity with the market rates with regard to labours, equipment and materials for the civil construction field.
Skilled in Budget preparation, review and revision.
Knowledge of cost control, billing, quantity surveying, budgeting.

The salary for this role is $1000 to $2500 per month.
