Job Description
Join Fircroft in this contract position for 1 year with potential option to renew annually to provide services in relation to the development of the Hebron Project.
Open to Canadian Citizens & Permanent Residents with preference to Residents of Newfoundland & Labrador
Closes: September 20 2010
Works with:
Benefits Lead to develop and implement management systems processes procedures and supporting tools for monitoring and tracking benefits information.
Other departments and functions including Procurement Controllers Human Resources Technical and Operations teams.
Contractors & suppliers to ensure the benefits information provided is timely accurate and meets the stipulated requirements.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Assist the Benefits Lead in developing processes procedures and supporting tools and technology that will be used to monitor and report Benefits activities.
Work with the R&D coordinator to track R&D and Education & Training expenditures.
Work with Procurement to collect data to demonstrate that full and fair opportunity is being provided to NL companies and to record supplier development activities.

Qualifications:
Degree in commerce or business or equivalent combination of academic training and experience
Minimum five years experience in project controls/reporting in a complex multidiscipline project or operations teams
Expert spreadsheet skills
Experience working with SAP
Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with the CGSB definition of Canadian Content Can2-147.3-82 preferred but not required
High level understanding of the various components of offshore developments preferred but not required
General familiarity with offshore regulatory requirements related to benefits reporting
Qualifications
