The Bat Biologist shall conduct surveys for roosting bats prior to any ground disturbance activities in all areas within 200 feet of rocky outcrops or existing railroad trestles and also conduct surveys for roosting bats during the maternity season 1 March to 31 July within 300 feet of project activities at the existing railroad trestles and rocky outcrops.
