BUSINESS PLANNING COORDINATOR WELL ENGINEERING

In this demanding role, youll plan, monitor and oversee Well Engineering C&P. Beyond being required to increase communications within the Well Engineering department and other departments, youll also be required to coordinate scheduling, logistics, invoicing, budgeting and reporting.

Key components of this role include ensuring Well Engineering activities are scheduled in line with company policy, managing the materials procurement process, liaising with other departments planning engineers and orchestrating the cost control process. Were looking for a highly self-motivated individual with comprehensive knowledge of well engineering, the field, strong communication, influencing and decision making skills and true focus on results.

Formal qualifications and relevant experience are essential. Similarly, exposure to contract administration and tendering, planning and data analysis in an operational environment, working with multidisciplinary teams and cost control processes will also be required.
