Activities : - To monitor and control all CTRs and sub-contractors activities on prefabrication piping premise, including progress, quality , HSE practices. - To ensure that CTRs construction equipment, personnel and other resources are sufficient and timely mobilised and demobilised, - To check that the work is performed in compliance with the Contract specifications and COMPANY (CPY) general specifications, and assess the deviations requested by CTR. To give his recommendation on the matter to the CSR and yard superintendent - To focus on the early identification of potential problem and to propose appropriate solutions to CSR. - To monitor piping , fittings, valves product storage through duration of project (quantity, quality,..). - To participate, as appropriate, to the Weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc meetings with CTR and /or sub-contractor. - To participate in issuance of CPY site weekly report, - Issued NCR if CPY specification are not respected and propose technical solutions - Ensure liaison with CPY project piping specialist for any clarification/confirmation required, - To review good conformity of shop isometrics vs design isometrics, - To review and validate NDT reports, - To review / control welding procedure specification during prefabrication, - To ensure good traceability of piping spools before/during/after prefabrication - To ensure that CTR HSE practices are acceptable, that adequate measures and procedures are being implemented by everyone concerned, and that all risks are evaluated and planned for by CTR. To report any unsafe attitude or activities to CPY/CTR HSE leader - Promote HSE awareness of workforce at all levels through pro-active attitude (site tour management, HSE meetings, incentives actions,) within his team - Demonstrate top down leadership of all HSE matters to his team
