An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Buyer to join one of Aberdeens leading housing development companies.
As part of their Buying Team you will liaise with site managers and suppliers to obtain the best products and prices for our building materials.

Responsibilities will include but not restricted to:

ÂNegotiate lower than market prices for all goods and services
ÂManage key suppliers and commodities to ensure low cost high quality and high delivery performance
ÂMonitoring and Reporting within the Supply Chain
ÂOrdering of goods and services to meet customer expectations in terms of delivery quality and health and safety
ÂUpdate and maintain item table with all relevant product data
ÂRelevant experience in the industry is desired but not essential.
