Overview:

This position is a key leadership role on the Operations team responsible for maximizing the financial impact of all activities related with the Asset Integrity for all ISND / ISSD , Halul Island and Al Morjan facilities

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and implementing all AI activities in field operations from a safety, financial, contractual and operational perspective.
Develop, implement and maintain an asset integrity management system to meet corporate requirements for Process Risk Management and Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance.
Develop and implement a risk based inspection system in line with API requirements
Responsible for the AI annual budget for all facilities
Ensure all AI activities comply with applicable standards, regulations, corporate policies and procedures.
Manage the Quality Assurance /Quality Control process for Operations
Introduce innovative technologies and systems for AI management and manage CREDO management database
Conduct all operations in a safe manner and proactively foster the organizational characteristic that safety is part of our day to day business.
Must be willing to self start projects and work with a minimum of supervision.
Develop programs to realize minimum life cycle costs of equipment.
Supervision, performance management and career development of all AI team personnel.
Ensure that AI activities are integrated with engineering, drilling, production and construction activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of eight years experience in supervising Asset Integrity (AI) management in oil/gas processing facilities.
A proven Team leader capable of identifying and implementing change to realize quantitative improvements in financial, safety and operational performance.
Preferably hold a Bachelors Degree in a technical or management course of study (or have equivalent relevant experience).
Knowledge and experience with modern Integrity technology, planning and management systems and processes.
