Our Client has a vacancy for an Asset Integrity Team Lead based in Doha, Qatar.  This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and implementing all activities in field operations from a safety, financial, contractual and operational perspective
Develop, implement and maintain an asset integrity management system to meet corporate requirements for Process Risk Management and Mechanical Integrity/Quality Assurance.
Develop and implement a risk based inspection system in line with requirements
Responsible for the annual budget for company facilities
Ensure activities comply with applicable standards, regulations, corporate policies and procedures.
Manage the Quality Assurance /Quality Control process for Operations
Introduce innovative technologies and systems for management and manage database
Conduct all operations in a safe manner and proactively foster the organizational characteristic that safety is part of our day to day business.
Must be willing to self start projects and work with a minimum of supervision.
Develop programs to realize minimum life cycle costs of equipment.
Supervision, performance management and career development of team personnel
Ensure that activities are integrated with engineering, drilling, production and construction activities.

Requirements:
Significant experience in supervising Asset Integrity (AI) management in oil/gas processing facilities
A proven Team leader capable of identifying and implementing change to realize quantitative improvements in financial, safety and operational performance
Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or management course of study (or have equivalent relevant experience).
Knowledge and experience with modern Integrity technology, planning and management systems and processes.
