Function and Scope:

· Supervises and control the day-to-day activities in Tankage, Marine loading, TT loading, Waste Water Treating, Sulfur Granulation & Package, Vapour Recovery units.

· Oversees the activities of operators and ensures that the efficiency of the area is maintained at the level required to allow the Area to operate with the minimum of disruption.

· Assists in budget preparation, reviews and recommends changes to procedures. Liaises with TSD and Maintenance on a daily basis to ensure production schedule and maintenance schedule.

· Ensures that all fire and safety regulations are followed. Identifies and corrects anomalies in process variations.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc in Chemical Engineering plus extensive industrial courses covering technical and managerial subjects.
• At lest 12 years of experience in refinery operations or technical services or planning.
