Position Catering Area Manager - Remote Sites

Report to: Regional Operations Manager / General Manager

Location Australia Countrywide

Description: Working with Site Managers to provide leadership and management support enabling the achievement of business objectives including fostering a culture where safety is a core value. Ensure Quality and Safety Standards are met and continually improved upon exceeding the expectations of customers and clients through effective employee training and development and attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. Be responsible for developing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients achieving or exceeding financial targets through operational excellence and maintaining market leadership position through innovations and continuous improvement.

Duties:

• Monitor and manage business operations
• Follow health safety and security procedures and ensure your sites are following procedures
• Develop and update the legal knowledge required for business compliance
• Implement Continuous Improvement
• Build Client Relationships
• Manage Quality Customer Service
• Oversee recruitment and induction of staff
• Monitor staff performance
• Contribute to the training and assessment needs of the team
• Support leadership in the workplace
• Manager finances and debt within a budget

Requirements

• Relevant Industry experience at management level
• Minimum of 4 years proven work record with supporting references to show levels of expertise and experience
• Proven ability to manage staff in a similar role
