Qualifications/Training Essential:
Proven experience in similar role
IT Literate Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc
Good educational background Olevel / Higher
Desirable:
Attended further education e.g. degree or HND etc
Computer qualifications ECDL
Essential:
Previous experience of working in an office environment
Demonstrable experience in similar role.
Good understanding of office administration processes and practices.
Computer literate in standard software packages Excel / Word / PowerPoint etc.
Desirable:
Oil and Gas experience.
Offshore / Offshore experience in similar role
To read understand and implement the Companys Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy and the arrangements described in the Company Management System documents
Have awareness of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations which relate to office practices
Support the Project Administrator / Secretary with administrative requirements
Monitor incoming calls and faxes for Project Administrator / Secretary and take appropriate action
General Administration duties photocopying filing scanning etc.
To ensure that the administrative requirements of the Administrator / Secretary are met effectively.
