Currently seeking a Business Lead for a major oil & gas operator located in Corpus Christi, TX. Only candidates with oil & gas operator experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee the business services functions for the Topsides Fabrication Team located in Corpus Christ, Texas. Duties include developing administrative procedure for the site location, managing personnel transitions, managing site office and administrative support, managing construction yard budgets, administrating the Topsides fabrication contract and local services contracts, and coordinating site events. Position is the main point of contact with the fabrication contractor in the areas of project controls, contract administration and team logistics.

EDUCATION:

College Degree preferred, but not required.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

We have a need for a Business Lead to be located at Corpus Christ, probably from October, November 2010. The role will be required to manage all business related activities associated with running a construction site, less the actual construction activities. The role would report to the Construction Manager on site, and functionally back to the JSM Business Manager in Houston. We are looking for an experienced person capable of making decisions, good people management skills, and a very good organizer/coordinator.
