The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Support and Further Develop Travel Process and Procedures.
Assist with Wheatstone Travel Inductions for project personnel.
Further develop Travel processes, procedures and fit for purpose tools for greater efficiency. Support all aspects related to Travel Reservations
Provide support to Wheatstone personnel requesting travel.
Coordinate and manage register of all staff required to travel.
Ensure all travel process requirements are met.
Liaise with CWT to arrange flight, hotel and car bookings.
Ensure timely issue of air tickets for all bookings.
Provide advice and support to travellers requiring visas for entry to destination.
Coordinate traveller requirements for amendments to itineraries when required. Support the timely and accurate costing of all travel related expenses booked to Department accounts in TEA
Maintain register of flight bookings
Reconcile all flight bookings to travel expenses incurred
Liaise with Project Controls on appropriate coding for Travel Expenses
Generate monthly allocation of Travel Expenses in TEA

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Corporate Travel Experience
Good Communication (verbal and written), Self motivated, Attention to detail.
