My Client a World leading Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry require an experienced Drilling Operations Manager to support their onshore drilling services in Turkmenistan. The chosen candidate will be responsible for HSE performance, operation and maintenance of assigned division drilling rigs and performance of all ancillary operations and services which are provided within the division. Apply effective & efficient well execution plans and ensure rig crews are properly inspecting, maintaining and operating assigned drilling rigs. Ideally you will also have:- Relevant university degree Experience as a Rig Manager, preferably in a land base environment Good working knowledge of general drilling systems for land based operations Working knowledge of HSE practices common to the company and the industry Effective leadership skills Spoken and written English, Russian and Turkmen languages would be preferred This a rotational role operating a 28 day on 28 day off pattern, ot offers a generous salary along with all travel, accommodation and expenses.
