SENIOR SUBSEA SUPERVISOR - OFFSHORE

POINTE NOIRE BASE, CONGO

Our client, a leading Operator are currently looking to recruit 2 x Senior Subsea Supervisors to start at the beginning of April 2012. Initially the successful Supervisors will be based at Pointe Noire base, then they will go offshore to work on various projects.

Contract Details

• Offshore Work
• 12 month renewable contract
• 28 / 28 Rotation
• Full Accommodation, Travel, Transportation & Meals provided.
• Business Flights.
• 10/12 hour working days.
• French speaking would be a plus, but not compulsory.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the restart of Subsea Production Systems activity after 4 years of suspension.
• Ensure equipment readiness for offshore deployments (Testing plan, SRT, EFAT, order spare parts).
• Participate to the engineering tasks linked to the SPS-rig interface for the integration of SPS surface equipment.
• Supervise integration of SPS equipment on the rig.
• Preparation of subsea guidelines and programs for offshore operations following Company Referential.
• Supervise subsea operations offshore.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years experience in subsea operations and 2 years as subsea supervisor in subsea deepwater development.
• Experience of SPS Vendor’s Base activity.
• Good knowledge of dual-bore vertical system
• Autonomous and ability to manage contractor.
• IWCF, BOSIET and medical certificates.
