Job Description
- Monitor and analyse the network /systems security performance and determine and implement whether or not any adjustments are required to improve performance.
- Review requirements for additional users, analyse the required capacity to accommodate them and recommend the necessary network/systems development to deliver user requirements without degradation of the current network security and systems security performance.
- Review plans for further construction and relocation of offices, analyse the required capacity to accommodate them and recommend the necessary network development to deliver user requirements without degradation of the current network security and systems security performance.
- Implement major changes, such as systems design changes, in the network/systms.
- Undertake the management of projects within the Network area for the development, improvement and/or expansion of the network.
- Stay abreast of developments in network, server and data storage technology and recommend the introduction and implementation of such technology when appropriate to meeting the needs of the company.
