THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Manage the commercial and contractual interface with third party vessel charters
• Spread transfer rates and calculate company asset
• Supervise :

o Business & Performance Analyst

o Commercial Analyst and Coordinator

o Cost & Estimation Engineer

o Website Administrator

• Ensure:

o Commercial terms and conditions are up to date

o A formal quotation process is in line with all commercial offers to customers and applied correct terms and conditions.

o Subsea Division Strategy Manager has up to date and correct financial and technical information available to support strategic decisions.

• Approval:

o monthly spread and vessel billings to Finance for invoice preparation

o Invoices to customers

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 10 years of subsea experience
• Management and supervisory experience
• Business and analyst experience
• Good presentation skills
• Engineering, pipelay, rigid and flexible operations experience are plus
• Business or equivalent degree
• Enthusiastic & Flexible personality
