Job Description

With current growth plans ahead our Business and Project Services department is now looking for a Project Controls Manager to look after their Upstream LNG teams.

Reporting to the General Manager Business and Project Services, you will be accountable for the development and management of project services for the Upstream LNG team.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure work is controlled, supported and reported in a manner that achieves the time, cost, quality, risk, environmental, safety and other specified standards of the project and the project’s stakeholders.
  • Determine, establish and manage the resources needed to carry out the project control functions for the project, including project control systems involving scheduling, work packaging, cost control, document control invoicing, progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Ensure that effective interfaces, communications and information sharing are maintained with the Arrow corporate functions including finance personnel.
  • Coordinating risk analyses using either deterministic and/or probabilistic methods as appropriate to establish estimate accuracy and cost risk distributions.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Several years experience as a Project Services Manager or Project Controls Manager
  • Pre Oil & Gas Infrastructure experience
  • CSG experience preferred
  • Previous experience in large scale projects in exploration
  • Desirable knowledge and use of various estimating software packages
  • Desirable Knowledge of cost risk analysis process
