This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced auditor to join a developing team. Working in a small audit team you will have responsibility for the execution of audit of our Suppliers. Supplier audits review activities, procedures and costs over a defined scope period.
Ensure billed charges are in compliance with the Contractual agreement and supported by adequate documentation
Ensure unrelated costs have not been charged to the project
Determine whether all vendor credits for deposits, refunds and returns have been appropriately reflected in net project costs
Ensure the Operator activities are in compliance with the agreement, including maintaining adequate insurance coverage and timely regulatory reporting
Ensure goods, services and applicable taxes are paid in a timely manner
Ensure project assets and costs are adequately managed, controlled and reported

Preliminary work, including notification to operator, data acquisition and transaction request
On site testing at the Supplier location
Development and Communication of Findings
Summarization of Findings and Audit Close meeting
Preparation and Presentation of the Final Report
Operator Response to Final Report
Resolution and Settlement of Audit Issues

Track Record of Internal auditing or experience of Financial and operational auditing
Experience of financial auditing
Experience of supplier/contractor auditing
Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the industry
Be commercially aware of the risks facing the industry
Excellent communication skills You are expected to be Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, IIA)
