Required by major oil and gas organization to join its onsite team, overseeing the construction (fabrication, installation and pre commissioning) of the site works for an onshore pipeline.

Activities:

Ø Review and comment on contents of CONTRACTOR QA/QC and Inspection procedures.

Ø Ensure that all equipment/plant arriving at site is in “as shipped condition” and compliant with specified product.

Ø Review and comment on CONTRACTOR Inspection and Test Plans ITP(s).

Ø Witness CONTRACTOR qualification tests (WPQT, WPS, and NDT etc).

Ø Supervise and co-ordinate COMPANY Hold/ Monitor/Witness inspection activities.

Ø Review Inspection reports and Quality record books of EPCSS Contractor.

Ø Guide and assist Nigerian National Inspectors in their daily duties.

Ø Report Non Conformities and Non-Compliant Actions to the QC Engineer.

Location: Site, Nigeria

Duration: 12 months renewable contract

Status: Rotational 4x4 weeks

Experience: 10 years as a QC inspector on onshore gas pipeline construction. Extensive experience of piping, welding, hydrostat testing and pre commissioning.

Qualification: Welding inspection, coating, painting qualification in UT,RT, MPI and DP considered a plus.
