ENGINEER ROLE DESCRIPTION To provide Engineering support to an existing multi-disciplined engineering team based on the Sellafield Site. ESSENTIAL Engineering maintenance at engineer, supervisory or management level. Experience of Asset Management techniques. Able to conduct mainteance reviews. Able to undertake Reliability Centred Maintenance Reviews. Conversant with maintenance instruction / manual implementation and formulation. Conversant with the logistics of engineering spares requirements. Conversant with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems. DESIRABLE ONC, HNC, Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical or relevant disciupline. Nuclear Plant experience. Experience from industries such as Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Rail, Air. Conversant with SAP or similar business enterprise systems. Project Management experience. SKILLS Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, equipment tech specifications, maintenance documents, safety case, proof tests, operator instructions and risk assessments. Good communicator. Competent IT skills using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Engineering Mainteance or Engineering Management background, ideally time-served, though not essential if writing documents to technical standards can be demonstrated. Experience in liaising with plant personnel, commissioning teams at all levels to gather relevant information for writing and reviewing documents. OTHER Be prepared to be based on the Sellafield Site, office based with requirements to go on plant. Prepared to hold a P4 Pass and be a Monitored Worker.
