We are currently looking to recruit a Supervisor for Steel Structure Erection on a power plant new build. The chosen candidate will manage the erection of MSS and/or SSS, you will be expected to coordinate all contractors on site.

Planning and Scheduling Functions
- Defines, implements and monitors detail site erection sequences and related time schedules.
- Forecast erection planning

Reporting, Control and documentation Functions
- Reports generation according on site directors specifications
- Display and report the pre- and erection status
- Delivery check in coordination with site logistics manager
- Monitor and check the pre erection, erection and acceptance dates

Control of Construction Subcontractors
- Controls and monitors all planning and execution activities of erection contractors.
- Check the erection concept from the contractor
- Handling of additional change and supererogation works
- Monitors and manages erection subcontractor performance throughout all site activities.
- Evaluate and control all contractor claims.
- To execute weekly erection status meetings with contractors

Control of and Interface with Site Management Team
- Manage the erection concept with other construction manager
- Coordination assistants of the blank with customer and contractors in relation to other construction manager
- Handle critical situation and develop emergency scenarios, support contractors in this case

Autonomy
- To give directions to contractors
- To communicate on behalf of the client with the contractors

Education & Trainings
Mandatory:
Degree of Diploma in an engineering discipline
Desirable:
Recognised certificate in Project management

Experience
A minimum of three years of site experience and in comparably position.
Site management experience (technical)
EHS certification (SCC)
