Opportunity to join a globally renowned major Oil & Gas Operator who is looking to recruit a Electrical and Instrument Engineer to join them on a long-term contract basis based in Holland. Candidates will be:* Maintaining offshore electrical and instrumentation (E&I) equipment and systems.* Planning the maintenance and repair of offshore E&I equipment and systems.* Supervising offshore Electrical and Instrument Technicians in the performance of their tasks, in line with the overall maintenance objectives, planning, budget and MMS, in order to maximize reliability and availability of the equipment and reduce costs while complying with applicable legislative requirements, existing procedures and standards, including HSEQ.* Prioritize and balance planned and unplanned E&I maintenance activities* Ensure high level technical solutions for work execution by remote E&I technicians, providing technical support at distance* Prepare the work programme and match it with the maintenance planning.* Coordinate on time execution of work by remote offshore personnel Successful candidates will:* Be vocational level, Technical Engineering (Electrical & Instrumental)* Have a minimum of 7 years experience in offshore E&P industry* Be CAD variant: electrical or mechanical technical engineering, preferably with CAD operator experience* Have good interpersonal, communication, organisational skills About Petroplan:Petroplan is a Global Recruitment Organisation, supplying skilled technical professionals and support services to the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries.
