SPENCER OGDEN are currently recruiting for a DRILLING MANAGER to join an International Operator on their Turkmenistan Operations. This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Drilling Manager and support him on a daily basis and stand in for him in his absence.

Role:

Manage Team of Senior Engineers
Ensure Health & safety Measures are up to Company Standard
Stand in for Senior Management as and when required
Manage Operations from an Engineering and Operational Stand point

Candidate:

Degree Qualified in an Engineering Discipline
Proven Track Record as a Drilling Manager
Drilling Engineering Background
Caspian Exposure Preferred
