French Speaking Commercial/Claims Manager – France

With 500 staff across 25 offices we provide specialist planning, contract administration, quantity surveying and claims / dispute consultancy solutions to the construction industry including civil, building, transportation, power, petrochemical, oil & gas, marine and telecommunications sectors.

We provide our clients with full project lifecycle support offering contractual, commercial management, planning and scheduling, claims, expert witness and dispute resolution services on major engineering, energy, infrastructure, and construction projects and now have an exciting and challenging opportunity for experienced claims consultants fluent/conversational in French to work with Systech on large scale international projects within Europe.

You should ideally have experience of producing and negotiating claims in a commercial environment on major projects, exposure to international contracting experience plus a good understanding of EPCforms of contract. Experience of writing claims for EOT’s, preparing formal claims documentation and handling general contractual issues, coupled with flexibility to travel throughout Europe if required.
