Our newly opened offshore operations office in Malaysia requires expert leadership. The region is one of our largest growing concerns and offers an attractive expat package.

Responsibilities will include;

The management of a 5 year $500 million operations and maintenance contract including the identification and development of a senior management team.

• Manage all senior interface with the client.
• Ensure HSE practices are in line with the Petrofac's strict global policy
• Manage the Business Development and Bid teams providing guidance and direction where required
• Ensure that cost and project controls are in place to manage the project financials.
• Generate financial reports and present them to the board on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure that government nationalisation targets are met and training facilities are developed to assist in upskilling the local population.
• To deliver Maintenance, Operations Support, Construction & General Services

Ideally you will be working for a large international contractor within the Offshore Operations and Maintenance division. With experience in bid management and operations of over $60 million per year, you will have recruited, lead and managed a successful management team.
