Systems Manager - Project Controls job in UK
Our client is a leading global engineering, construction and services company supporting the energy and petrochemicals industries. They are seeking a Systems Manager, Project Controls to supervise Project Controls Systems Engineers and interface with all Corporate Project Control Managers, Country Project Control Managers, and Project based Project Control Managers and the Global Project Controls Team.
Main responsibilities are general management of all Project Control systems personnel including duty of care to the employees, manage and direct the Systems Engineers in the deployment of company Systems onto projects, participate in or lead the development and subsequent deployment of new systems into the Company portfolio of systems, act as regional representation on Project Control systems in the global environment, articipate in the development of the Company wide CoreERP and EcoSys and subsequent deployment world-wide such that the system delivers the requirements of the UK based projects and those in South Africa, Angola and Saudi Arabia (GES).
Other responsibilities are maintenance of the line-of-sight between the company Global objectives and the actions and direction of the various work locations with regard to company systems, execution of related company assurance activities and compliance audits and establishment and on-going maintenance of Project Control system manuals and related documentation.
