Due to increased workload our client based in are looking for a project buyer with subcontracts administration experience to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar role in the Oil & Gas / Offshore / Petrochem industry. Candidates must be able to prepare, together with the Project Manager, a prompt and accurate Procurement Plan at the outset and manage and maintain thereafter.

Candidates must also have experience in the following:

• Prep RFQ & for ITT (Request for Tender & Invitation to Tender)
• Direct experience of Analysing Proposals Received
• Prepare Purchase Orders for Sub-contracts
