In County Administrator job in Spain
Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU for this.. This is a 6 month contract in Cadiz, Spain. Candidates are required to spak spanish.
To provide in-country logistical, administrative and welfare support for the project based within Cadiz, Spain.
Area of responsibility will cover all project personnel assigned to Cadiz and occasional duties for client representatives.
Key aims and objectives
To ensure that project personnel have the required in-country support to carry out their operations effectively.
To use knowledge to identify local companies / organizations to provide relevant services
Prime responsibilities and duties
Provide In-country Logistics including coordination of transport & hotel arrangements/queries.
Assist with setting up local contracts, including contract with local hotel/car hires.
Travel arrangements to and from home country in liaison with UK Logistics Coordinator.
Assist as required with Spanish – English translations.
Support to Timekeepers as required:
Ensure all workforce hours have been allocated to timesheets and entered into Timenet (where appropriate).
Liaise with Supervision to ensure correct job card numbers have been submitted on timesheets.
Liaise with UK to pick up any training / standby hours required to be entered into Timenet system.
Process project expenses and authorisations/permissions to work on the Yard.
Ensure project personnel are fully inducted prior to site entrance and records are maintained.
Deal with Pay queries of personnel in-country.
Collate requests and process Holiday/paid leave forms.
Support management of Overtime requests and reporting.
