My clients one of the worlds largest Global Oil and Gas Operators are urgently looking for an experienced Flawless Coordinator to work from their offices in Stavanger on an initial 12 month contract basis.

They are looking for a Flawless coordinator to join their term to drive the overall Flawless Program on the project and be responsible for the provision of presentation and training materials across the project.

The position will report into the compliance and QA Lead.

Key Duties of this role include:

-Setting up an effective communication with both company and contractor flawless focal points and monitoring the implementation of actions from Flawless-related plans
-Providing Flawless training internally, on construction sites and at contractor premises.
-Identifying potential problems and recommend and implement corrective actions.
-Put in place and Assurance Auditing System to ensure all identified Flawless- related activities are being executed.

To be considered for this role my clients are looking for candidates with the following skills / experience:

-Solid experience in Oil & Gas Industry within project execution.
-Good general understanding of procedures and requirements with regard to fabrication, construction, testing, plant inspection, commissioning and start up.
-Good knowledge of the Project Technical specifications.
