Assists with the entire pre-award contracting process - preparation of project RFP packages to include Scopes of Work and associated Exhibits and Attachments, Commercial Terms, Terms and Conditions of contract; obtain client approval to issue RFP package; bid clarification meetings; receipt and evaluation of bids; preparation of award recommendation and conforming final Contract documents all in accordance with Project procedures. Interface with all disciplines within project team, client representatives and contractors.

Experience of working with RoK or other CIS country contractors preferred
