RAM and Asset Manager job in UK
One of Hays Oil and Gas's key clients located in London are currently recruiting Asset Management and RAM Engineers to join the companies growing operations.
Candidates with specific experience in RAM Engineering and Modelling, Maintenance Strategy Development, Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) and Asset Management Performance Improvement are favourable.
Successful Candidate Requirements:
- Degree (Hons or equivalent) in an engineering discipline or other numerate area.
- Competent RAM Engineering and Asset Management Engineering skills, with knowledge/experience of oil and gas, process and/or power generation based systems.
- An understanding of Asset Management Performance Improvement within a process engineering environment is expected.
- Reliability design assessment using techniques such as Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) etc.
- RAM Modelling using proprietary software tools
- Maintenance strategy development using RCM and related techniques.
- Specification and optimisation of spare parts ranging and scaling strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and executing asset management performance and reliability/availability assurance activities using in house and proprietary modelling tools.
- Leading and executing the development of detailed maintenance strategies, procedures and routines using RCM and similar techniques.
Training under a Continuous Development Program will be offered.
