Services include strategic reviews benchmarking and comparison studies operational enhancement risk policy and risk management due diligence LP/Modelling and scheduling turnaround and shutdown support etc. The organisation is currently looking to strengthen its highly successful RAM group. Key accountabilities covering all phases of engagement including gap analysis solution identification and ranking implementation and follow up. Specific activities will include reliability in design reliability improvements turnaround/shutdown effectiveness routine maintenance and plant and systems reliability.
