This position will be located in San Antonio, Texas as part of the Eagleford Completions team reporting to the Houston-based Completion Manager within the Worldwide Drilling & Completions Organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination/scheduling and execution of well completions for the Eagleford Development program. This role will directly supervise company and contractor well-site Completion Supervisors and will interface with Asset Team personnel, Completion Engineers and service companies, to progress safe, environmentally friendly and efficient well programs. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and thorough well work documentation and will be responsible for capturing and sharing Best practices and Lessons Learned across his/her organization.

Leads planning and execution of completion operations in project area. Conducts operations in accordance with company policy, operating and design guidelines, area operating agreements, and all applicable governmental regulations.

Degree: Bachelors preferred.

Computer Proficiencies: Proficient in Word and Excel and be willing to learn Wellview well activity reporting software, and Project Management software.

Certifications: Well control certification from an accredited IWCF or WellCAP organization a plus.

Work Experience: A minimum of 10 years of completion and or/well intervention experience. Production experience with artificial lift equipment a plus.
