They are currently recruiting for the position of Communications Specialist, based in Anchorage.
Job Description
- Provide branding, marketing services, print and web design, copywriting, and style consultation
- Prepare and execute integrated marketing campaigns and execution strategies. Collaborate and support internal stakeholders and external partners with communications rollout and launch activities. Advise on best approach to leveraging the marketing mix
- Ensure marketing plan aligns with group business objectives to meet delivery commitments - with often-competing agendas
- Act as liaison between EPL and key stakeholders ensuring appropriate infrastructure is in place to support targeted messaging on learning portal and within marketing collateral
- Participate on cross-functional teams to gather requirements, strategise scope projects, plan and develop materials, and manage/oversee multiple projects through to completion (delivery, quality, and budget)
- Contribute content to web publishing function and to presentations. Participate in developing and delivering presentations as needed
- Ensure all materials are archived to SharePoint archival system
- Oversee Event Coordinator, Graphic Artist(s), outsource vendors, and others as needed to ensure a quality, timely, and on-budget delivery
- Conduct usability testing and feedback for web and marketing materials to optimize functional design and enhance customer experience
This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
