Commissioning Engineer - Controls job in Tunisia

PROJECTS:
Typically involve Conceptual engineering FEED and Study work for largely Blue Chip International clients. Our Tunisian work currently involves a major Gas & Petrochem Plant development,a major Plant Shutdown project and very soon more Offshore Field Development work.
JOB ROLE: We have a new contract requirement for an experienced Commissioning professional to undertake essentially re-commissioning of all controls following the shutdown of a major Gas Plant.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Some formal Engineering qualifications expected. We would expect a minimum of 15 years Commissioning experience on large Onshore Gas Plant/Petrochem plant. Familiarity with a wide variety of Controls & Instrument systems is required rather than specialist knowledge of one vendors systems.
RATE & DURATION: Excellent Ltd Co Rate (c£525/day) - 3 months initial contract, may extend. Mobilising February 2012. Rotation will be 6 weeks on/2 weeks off with some flexibility for the individual.
PACKAGE: Excellent Day Rate as above on a Limited Company or Expat Consultant basis. £25/day per diem, accommodation provided, all flights provided, Medical & Travel Insurance, low-cost refectory for all meals. £100/day Offshore allowance.
LOCATION: Work location will be in clients offices onshore Tunisia with accommodation/facilities to agreeable Western Expat standards. Some short trips Offshore may be required.
