Role Summary/Purpose
To carry out machining activities in line with Engineering drawing, API, VGS and manufacturing orders. Manual machinery and CNC machinery.

Essential Responsibilities

To ensure all the manufactured parts meet the specified quality requirement

To properly record all direct and indirect activity

Complete jobs within standard hours provided in manufacturing order

Working in tight deadlines and schedule to ensure on time delivery

Qualifications/Requirements

Journeyman & Apprentice Machinist, wellhead experience would be an asset

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Able to interpret drawing, standards and specification

Understand machine tools

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Essential to participate in all EHS (Environmental Heath and Safety) rules and regulations

Intermediate computer skills

Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours (shift work)

Desired Characteristics

Oil and Gas industry experience is an asset
