I am currently seeking highly professional and commercially astute Engineers to join one of the world's largest Engineering consultancy. Within the wider business you will work for a highly specialised and respected sub division renowned for providing a world class consulting service.

This is not your average Engineering consultancy role. In this instance you will be responsible for delivering knowledge and know how to clients leaving behind a legacy of industry best practice. You will be expected to operate more akin to a management consultant, guiding and teaching clients through the process.

This is a client facing role that will require you to work with senior/board level clients, Engineering teams, Quality departments and Maintenance to devise and deliver suitable Asset Management systems for very high value plant, equipment and other assets.

Applicants should have prior experience within some or all of the following:

• Previous asset management within the oil and gas or energy sector
• Delivery management and planning of turnaround projects
• Planning and management of maintenance processes
• RAMs management and system implementation
• Extensive refinery or process experience (on or offshore)
• Delivery of business improvement activities within a technical business

The role is open to both mid and senior level applicants. Training will be offered but applicants must be highly presentable, commercially astute, and have been educated to at leas degree level in a technical discipline. Mechanical Engineers, or Chemical Engineers are of particular interest.

The role will require regular travel to customer sites accounting for approximately 25% of your time. You will be expected to run team workshops, develop plans and deliver highly cost effective Asset Management schemes.
