ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIANS – CONTRACT – SURREY

Our Client, a Major international Oil and Gas, design and construction contractor is seeking Architectural Technicians to join their team, working in their offices.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must have previous experience within a similar role in the oil & gas industry
• Experience in working on detailed design architectural drawings is essential
• Onshore experience needed
• Candidates must be fully conversant with AutoCAD including AutoCAD Architecture
• Experience of 2D is preferable as most of the work will be carried out like this

Duration: Initial project duration expected to last (six months). As Client is very busy there is a high chance of contract extension onto other projects.

Rate: Will be negotiable, so please quote what would attract. Rates will be attractive with good overtime possibilities.

**** This is a considerate company. In many cases, for those contractors having to relocate for the working week dependent on position and the constraints of the project, the Manager usually agrees to a 4 day working week. Obviously this is not a guarantee for every week. Another bonus is that you would still be able to ‘do the hours’ usually to around 50 per week. The Client is looking to fill their positions quickly with the right people and give and take on both sides, is we feel a realistic attitude. ****
