Employers can buy credits to pay for job postings. Credits may be bought individually, in blocks or they may take advantage of the Unlimited Job Posting packages. Each credit allows one job to be posted for one week. Two credits can either be 1 job for 2 weeks or 2 jobs for one week and so on.

An e-mail is sent to up to 150 of the most suitable candidates from the database the moment a vacancy is posted on the website. In addition, the vacancy is available for other potential candidates to view and apply for on-line. This means that the employer can start to receive applications for the vacancy immediately.

Employers may also take advantage of the CV/Resume search facility which is available at an extra cost. This allows employers to search all the text held within the candidate CV/Resume database.
